Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice is required for cancelling an appointment. By booking an appointment client agrees that they will provide notice of cancellation, and if not, payment in full for the missed appointment will be made by email money transfer.
If you are ill or have recently had a vaccine or flu shot, wait until you are no longer ill for an appointment, and in the case of vaccines, wait 4 weeks before your next bodywork treatment with Melissa. This is very important for your health in order to avoid adverse effects from these medical procedures which could be impacted or worsened by bodywork treatment.

I’m at 707 Wheeler, but in the garden suite in the backyard, so access will be in the alley, between Wheeler and Black streets. Best to park on 8th, then walk down the alley and you’ll see my red RAV parked at the garden suite, and I’ll have a sign in the window of the Garden Suite. Please do not park on Wheeler and walk through the yard as it is not clear of snow, and is a private dwelling. Please call my cell if you have any issues finding the place.
